Connie created this magnificent Austrian Ball Gown for Heather Graham. Heather wore this beautiful Costume Ball Gown in Germany. Heather and her husband, Dennis Pozzessere, are shown in this picture attending a Costume Ball at the Romantic Times Convention in Kansas City.



Heather's Costume Ball Gown was made with a stunning White Metallic Brocade, Chantilly Lace, an Irredescent Crystal Sheet and thousands of Austrian Crystal Rhinestones. Connie found an outstanding Pearl and Crystal Crown that matched the Ball Gown to a tee.



To finish the Costume Design, Connie chose an unbelievable Austrian Crystal Aurora Borealis Necklace Set.
