uses USPS and UPS Ground for most shipping within the United
States. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at
1-337-319-5783. If the product is in stock we can get it out to you the same
day.
Shipping Time
Most orders ship the same day. Out of Stock items within 7 business days
from when the order was placed except for custom made
costumes. We will email or call you if your item is not in stock and
give you an expected delivery date.

Connie's Costumes and Creations
carries high quality items and we hope you will be pleased with your
order. Nevertheless, rest assured you can return merchandise that is damaged
in shipping or if the item is not what you ordered.

call us at 1-337-319-5783 within 7 days of receiving your order for
authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as
long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
